Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting core HR operational functions. This role ensures the timely hiring of qualified candidates, smooth onboarding, compliance with HR policies, and efficient day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.s
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and HR initiatives
- Coordinate & schedule Training, Mentoring session
- Employee reward & appreciation program.
- KPI review, evaluate Documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support audits and documentation requirements
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary:
- Between TK- 20,000/- to 25,000/-
