Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting core HR operational functions. This role ensures the timely hiring of qualified candidates, smooth onboarding, compliance with HR policies, and efficient day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.s
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process

HR Operations

  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes and HR initiatives
  • Coordinate & schedule Training, Mentoring session
  • Employee reward & appreciation program.
  • KPI review, evaluate Documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Support audits and documentation requirements
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary:

  • Between TK- 20,000/- to 25,000/-
