We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Sr. Manager/ AGM – Maintenance to lead maintenance operations at the Savar facility.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety within the factory.

Location: Factory, Savar
Experience: 10-12 years
Compensation & Benefits:
• 130k-180K

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all maintenance functions across the factory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely and effective response to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
• Maintain an adequate stock of critical spare parts and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in RMG accessories or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
