Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and generate new client leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong writing skills, hands-on experience in social media advertising, and a strong desire to learn and grow with our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, post, and edit engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Write and edit blog posts and website content that reflect our brand voice and expertise.
- Contribute to and brainstorm marketing and advertising ideas and campaigns.
- Create and manage targeted social media advertisements.
- Prepare regular reports on ad performance, with insights and recommendations.
- Generate leads and help convert them into clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of social media advertising (required).
- Strong written and verbal English communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X).
- Creative mindset with the ability to learn and grow in a changing digital landscape.
