We are hiring a “Senior Manager, Placement Printing” for a reputed RMG Industry
Position: Senior Manager, Placement Printing
Industry: Ready-Made Garments (RMG)
Location: Gazipur
Experience: 8–12 years (Must have hands-on experience in Printing operations within the RMG industry)
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and develop team members in alignment with organizational needs.
• Plan and manage in-house printing operations aligned with monthly production schedules.
• Ensure timely production delivery and solve technical production challenges.
• Participate in pre-production meetings and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor production, rejection rates, wastage, test reports, and delivery.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards.
• Continuously improve processes to eliminate non-value-added activities.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or related field (Printing preferred)
• Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in various garment printing processes
Salary: BDT 170,000 (Negotiable based on experience & interview)
