Senior HR Business Partner

We are hiring for a reputed software development Company .
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.
Salary: 40k-50k.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
Experience: 3–6 years.
Preferably in a garment buying house

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Mindset: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Foster a high-performing culture.
2. Talent Management: Recruit top tech talent, develop employee skills, and ensure an inclusive workplace.
3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conduct engagement surveys, and enhance employee satisfaction.
4. HR Operations: Ensure smooth operational compliance, carry out specific administrative tasks and manage HRIS application.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the wider HR team, communicate effectively, and ensure cohesive relations between department.
