Job Summary
The Senior Executive / Executive – Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for HR consulting services. The role focuses on promoting headhunting, payroll management, HR outsourcing, and background verification services to corporate clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for HR consulting services, including headhunting, payroll, outsourcing, and background verification.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand client needs and offer tailored HR solutions.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Maintain accurate client records, pipelines, and reports in CRM or internal systems.
- Represent the company in networking events, job fairs, and corporate meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development within HR consulting, recruitment, payroll, or outsourcing firms.
- Strong understanding of HR services, recruitment processes, and corporate client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
