Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job responsibility:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities within a designated territory or market segment.
  • Conduct regular market visits as per assigned route
  • Meet Sales target by value and SKUs
  • Engage with potential customers and promote products effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide post-sale support and handle any issues or inquiries that arise
  • Following up on customers for order placement
  • Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly Target achievements
  • Completing their collection visits target
  • Following up on high value customers for their collections
  • Following and enforcing the credit policy with maximum favor to the company’s interest
  • Negotiation of credit terms with High Value Customers
  • Onboarding of existing customers on Shukran OS / App
  • Recommending to distribution team on timely delivery of products to sales points
  • Coordinating for inter-store or internal emergency transfers of products. 
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help refine products and sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
