We are hiring Sales Operation manager for a startup in SaaS and Fintech Company.
Location: IT Park, Jessore Sadar.
Salary: 20k-30k.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years in a sales leadership or strategic role. Experience in start-up companies, IT or Fintech industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute growth-oriented sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle post-sales support and issue resolution to encourage loyalty and recurring business.
- Actively prospect and engage leads through social media, networking, outbound campaigns, and referrals.
- Effectively pitch the company’s products/services to a range of audiences, showcasing adaptability in a startup-like uncertainty
- Lead by example while mentoring junior sales professionals and fostering a team-oriented culture.
