Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target  of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan
  • Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities to grow the business and achieve sales targets;
  • Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers;
  • Analysis of financial status to evaluate the creditworthiness of the client;
  • Collect and complete applications with all required documents daily from potential clients;
  • Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  • Promote specific products as directed by Line Management;
  • Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Other Competencies

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division
  • 1-3 years’ experience in selling related products in Banks or NBFIs;
  • Have to achieve the sales target
  • Pleasant and presentable personality

Job Location: Dhaka

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Minimum Gross Salary of BDT 18,000 (Higher for experienced candidates up to BDT 24,000)
