We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Luxury Residential Project
Location: Dhaka / Project Site
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium luxury residential development. This role demands expertise in basement construction, swimming pools, retaining walls, waterproofing, and high-end finishing.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead site management & ensure timely project delivery
✔ Coordinate between Architectural, Structural & MEP teams
✔ Manage contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
✔ Maintain international standards in luxury finishing
✔ Enforce QA/QC & EHS compliance
✔ Act as focal point for clients, consultants & contractors
What We’re Looking For:
BSc in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
12–15 years’ experience in luxury/high-rise residential projects
Proven track record in basement & structural finishing works
Strong leadership, communication & conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD & MS Office
Salary & Benefits:
BDT 150K – 200K (based on profile & potential)
Gratuity + 2 EID Bonuses + Insurance Coverage
1.5 Weekly Day Off (Site Office) + Leave as per policy
