Designation: Production Manager (EEE)
📍 Location: Gazipur
💼 Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms
💰 Compensation & Benefits: 60K-130K and as per company policy
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s & Master of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
• To lead and manage the production team to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets and ensure compliance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment and materials to maximize productivity, minimizing costs.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to reduce defects, waste and improve productivity and enhance quality.
• Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent quality control measures.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, including training and development.
• Foster a safe and productive working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce new production methods and technologies.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Submit daily report to operations manager about production and any other task assigned by the management.
• Must have working experience on Substation and Transformer manufacturing as per client requirements & specification
