Position Title: Executive – Business Development

Position Purpose

The Executive – Business Development will be responsible for driving growth of MUNSHI Training Academy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting MTA’s training programs locally and internationally. The role requires a blend of marketing expertise, digital skills, and outstanding communication to position MTA as a preferred training partner in BTEB, NSDA, and other relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities for training programs in language, IT, trade-based, and professional skills.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies (offline & digital) to increase enrollment and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, educational institutions, and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Manage social media campaigns, SEO/SEM activities, and email marketing to promote MTA programs.
  • Maintain and update MTA’s website (WordPress) with new content, course information, and success stories.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials (brochures, flyers, banners, videos).
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Project Coordination

  • Develop and track training projects using MS Project or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with trainers, coordinators, and admin to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Attend networking events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote MTA.
  • Maintain an active database of leads, clients, and partners, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead conversion, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in education/training sector).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Project for training/project tracking.
    • Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, social media management, and email campaigns.
    • Proficiency in WordPress website management.
    • Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
    • IELTS score of 6.0 or above (or equivalent English proficiency).
