Job Purpose
The Senior Executive – Marketing plans and executes initiatives to enhance the brand, drive sales, and manage marketing activities while collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing/Branding professional who can develop and execute overall marketing strategies, preferably with experience in a consumer/lifestyle/retail brand or marketing agency, including physical outlets and online channels. The candidate should be strong in campaign planning, brand positioning, content strategy, market research, customer engagement, and offline/online marketing, with digital marketing knowledge as a supporting skill rather than the primary focus.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Branding, Retail, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in consumer/lifestyle brands, retail, home décor, fashion, handicrafts, or FMCG will be an advantage.
