● Experience in the following business area(s) is preferred: Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food
(Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
● Candidates with an engineering background or prior experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be given preference
Principal Accountabilities:
● Initiate lead generation & identify new business opportunities.
● Maintain accurate records of lead activities, quotations, queries, and customer documents.
● Coordinate with internal teams for project securing and project execution.
● Communicate with customers, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
● Conduct regular customer and project site visits.
● Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
● Update sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports, and order status.
● Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, installations, invoices, and payments.
● Maintain proper documentation of approvals, agreements, and customer communications.
● Prepare periodic sales, collection, and activity reports for management.
● Track customer requirements, pending actions, and delivery timelines.
