Merchandising Manager (Woven/Denim & Sweaters)

Job Details:
• Work with the merchandisers closely and in depth about the orders
• Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance to customers
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage visual merchandising standards to support brand identity and customer experience.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of merchandisers or assistants as needed.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to Top management.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
• Experience in garments merchandising for 10+ yrs. and Buying house experience
• Vast knowledge in all garment’s product lines, woven, knits sweaters, outerwear’s
Additional:
• Fluent in English literacy

Salary: 90k
