Job Summary:
We’re hiring an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead operations at the Bangladesh office of a multinational buying house. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years’ experience in garment merchandising (woven, knits, sweaters, outerwear), strong client-handling skills, and prior experience working in Bangladesh or other apparel-exporting countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the merchandising team and manage order execution
• Review and approve lab dips, samples, trims
• Create and maintain client-specific approval status reports
• Ensure product quality, color, and specs before sample dispatch
• Liaise with international clients and uphold production standards
Requirements:
• 10–12 years in garment merchandising, preferably with buying houses
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong judgment in garment quality and color matching
• Reliable, honest, and culturally adaptive
Compensation:
Salary negotiable, based on experience and performance in the interview.
