Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Korean buyers/suppliers and interpret requirements accurately.
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and orders.
- Follow up on production schedules, quality assurance, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and maintain all merchandising documentation and reports.
- Assist in product development and costing.
- Translate documents or facilitate communication during meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Textile/Fashion Merchandising/Business).
- Proven experience in merchandising (Garments/Textile sector preferred).
- Proficiency in Korean language (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
