MHRSL is hiring for a reputable organisation in the Readymade Garments (RMG) sector, which is dedicated to upholding high standards of compliance, employee welfare, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager / Senior Manager – HR & Admin Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, EPZ regulations, and buyer codes of conduct
- Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Oversee administrative functions, including security, transportation, canteen, and facility management
- Handle audits and inspections (buyer, social, compliance, internal, & external)
- Maintain documentation related to compliance, HR policies, and procedures
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with government authorities, BEPZA, and other regulatory bodies
- Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and labour standards
- Support management in developing HR strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience (up to 15 years for Sr. Manager) in HR & Admin Compliance within the RMG industry
- Strong knowledge of EPZ rules, Bangladesh Labour Law, and buyer compliance standards
- Proven experience handling social audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems
