We are seeking Manager/Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Control to oversee budgeting and reporting in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Analyze monthly financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with all departments to prepare the annual budget and compile necessary documents for management submission.
• Track budget performance against actual results, highlighting areas of overspending or underutilization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to collect financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare Monthly and Yearly Financial Reports, including account schedules.
• Manage preparation of Audited Financial Statements and coordinate the audit process.
• Ensure Tax and VAT compliance and effective tax management.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and reliability.
• Lead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee ERP implementation, optimization, and financial module accuracy.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance.
– Professional qualifications (ACMA, ACA preferred).
– 9–10 years in finance, accounting, or audit.
– Knowledge of IFRS and tax laws.
Skills:
– Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
– Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
