We are hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager-Business Development for the Solar Industry
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Deep understanding of “Energy Storage Systems” (ESS), inverters, BMS, and power systems.
• Lead sales team with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
• OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Effectively develop and manage a team of renewable energy professionals and work with sales teams.
Education
M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Engineering in (EEE), Renewable Energy, or the power sector will be given preference.
Experience :
8-12 years of experience, especially in the ESS System.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
• Salary: 60k-80k with Negotiable
• Other Benefits: As per the company law
