🔶 Position: Manager – Production, Planning & Control (PPC)

Salary: BDT 90,000

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Manager – PPC for one of our clients who can take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing production timelines from order placement to shipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Merchandising, Quality, and Factory teams to ensure smooth capacity planning, accurate production tracking, and timely delivery to customers.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Production Planning & Control (PPC) process for assigned business units.
- Collaborate with merchandising and quality teams to monitor order status from confirmation to shipment.
- Ensure effective capacity planning for partner factories to meet delivery deadlines.
- Track production progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Maintain strong follow-up with factories for production updates, line planning, and order execution.
- Prepare accurate reports on production status, capacity utilization, T&A, and shipment forecasts.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to planning and execution.
- Support production teams with technical guidance to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless operational communication.
🔸 Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), preferably in a reputed buying office.
- Strong expertise in Knit & Woven operations.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and preferably Salesforce CRM.
- Educational background in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Excellent production management capability with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of Planning, SOP development, and Merchandising processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
