We are seeking a Junior Executive – Business Development (Field)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead driver acquisition and training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with company operational standards.
• Take a hands-on approach to resolve real-time operational challenges.
• Follow and help reinforce company SOPs and procedures.
• Work with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve growth targets.
• Apply analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, field- and office-based work environment.

Requirements:
• Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) to Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from any reputable university.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar industries (ride-sharing, mobility, MNCs, or large corporations preferred).
• Smart, energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in field sales activities.
• Knowledge of transport apps is required.
• Ability to reach out to and engage drivers regularly.
• Experience as a transport apps sales executive will be highly preferred.
• Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Must own and be able to use a smartphone.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 18,000
• KPI-based performance bonus
• Travel allowance and mobile bill reimbursement
• Annual salary review
