Position: Intern – Documentation (Tender Department)
Department: Tender & Proposal Team
Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Duration: 3-4 months
Stipend: BDT 6,000/= per month

    Other facilities: Fully subsidized lunch

    About Us:

    Munshi HR Solutions Ltd. is a leading HR consultancy firm in Bangladesh, providing services in headhunting, payroll outsourcing, and tender participation in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to join our Tender Documentation Team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing, compiling, and organizing documents required for tender submissions.
    • Review tender requirements and ensure proper documentation is in place.
    • Arrange and source resumes for different positions as required.
    • Maintain accurate records of all submitted tenders and correspondence.
    • Help coordinate with different departments to collect necessary documents and data.
    • Support in formatting, proofreading, and editing technical and financial proposals.
    • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Candidates who have completed all credit courses and are awaiting final results are encouraged to apply.

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Typing Bangla (Bijoy keyboard/ software) is mandatory.
    • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF formatting.
    • Basic understanding of procurement/tender processes is a plus.
