Head of Sales

We are seeking a Head of Sales for a technology solutions and automation company with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the ICT Industry.

Industry: Surveillance ICT product
Location: Dhaka
Experience: 12-15 years’ experience, minimum 8 years’ sales experience in ICT & Surveillance Products

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the sales team.
• Assign KPIs and ensure weekly reviews of team and individual performance.
• Guide KAMs in managing their portfolios effectively with structured communication and customer strategy
• Ensure alignment with Tender, Operation, SCM, Project, and Accounts teams for smooth execution
• Achieve both sales and collection targets consistently
• In-depth understanding of ICT, Surveillance, and solution-based sales
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field
• Must have a strong individual client portfolio and market influence
• CCTV, Access control, PABX, PA system, LAN, Network, Automation CTC.
• Exiting the customer portfolio must. Sales target achievement record.
• Solution sales experience must be rather than product sales

Compensation and benefits:
• Salary: 140k-160k
• Festival Bonus: 3 Bonus
