A leading Ready-Made Garments (RMG) group in Dhaka is looking for an experienced Head of IT to drive its IT strategy, cybersecurity, ERP management, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions, along with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
✔ Oversee ERP, software solutions & cybersecurity measures
✔ Manage IT budgets, vendors & compliance
✔ Lead and mentor the IT team
✔ Ensure business continuity & risk management

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT/CS or related field
✅ 20+ years of IT experience, 3+ years as Head of IT in a large organization
✅ Certifications in Microsoft, Oracle, PMP/Prince2 are required
✅ Expertise in Oracle Apex, Java, .NET, ITIL, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills
