Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Financial Statement.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts for Management and External Bodies.
- Prepare Monthly MIS for Management.
- Ensure day to day smooth operation of Accounts Departments i.e., Treasury management, Receivable & Payable management, Inventory management.
- Forecast daily & monthly cash and bank requirements and execute daily financial decision.
- Prepare Financial Proposal and Communication with bank for new loan, enhancement and renewal of existing loan facilities.
- Prepare Feasibility Report and Other Analytical Analysis for company.
- Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal, Fixing up arrangements of working capital.
- Follow up and Reconcile of Intercompany & Loan transaction regularly.
- Prepare Master Budget including all elements of PL like Revenue, Expenditures and Profit & Loss.
- Analysis of budget variance, landed cost with pre-landed cost & actual cost and take corrective action according.
- Prepare & Submission of monthly VAT return through Mushak 9.1 and Mushak 6.3, 6.6 etc.
- Any other task assigns by Management.

Educational Requirements - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements - Age at least 38 years
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting in excel.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, MS Office applications, E-mail communication & Bangla typing.
- Sound knowledge on accounting software
- Familiarity with TAX, VAT and compliance requirements.
