Education:

A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline is preferred (BBA or MBA in Marketing is a plus). 
A good understanding of ICT technologies.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience. 
  • Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Enabled Services, Internet Service Providers (ISP), Computer Hardware/Network Companies, or Direct Selling/Marketing Service Companies.

    Additional Requirements:
  • Age limit: 35 years. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • A pleasant personality with an understanding of Industrial Marketing. 
  • Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. 
  • Strong knowledge of personal selling practices and principles. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and colleagues. 
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.  Must be creative, detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and have a strong desire to succeed. 
  • Superior negotiation skills and a focus on achieving a net profit.

Responsibilities and Context:

  • Generate sales of various IT solutions, including servers, storage, network and security products, and passive infrastructure products. 
  • Achieve sales targets and work towards maximizing the organization’s revenue potential. 
  • Collaborate closely with management to accomplish departmental goals, including formulating a strategic plan with clear objectives and actions to meet sales targets. 
  • Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships, while managing relationships with existing key customers and building connections with new clients. 
  • Identify potential projects and propose optimal solutions in consultation with the engineering team. 
  • Increase sales volume through direct sales efforts within assigned accounts. 
  • Manage the forecast pipeline and prepare presentations and proposals for corporate decision-makers.
