Strategic planning:
1. Understand and develop strategies for individual brand as per the brand’s vision.
2. Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze campaign proposals.
3. Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
4. Assess the campaign’s creative and strategic performance.
5. Align processes, resources-planning, and campaign goals with overall strategy.
6. Identifying areas where transformation is needed to sail in the competitive market.
7. Implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc. based on the yearly marketing plan for brands.
8. Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials.
9. Find new branding opportunities in existing and new marketplaces
10. Monitor competitor’s activities/marketing efforts through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
Promotional Campaign:
1. Develop appropriate marketing campaigns for different channels to promote the products.
2. Work closely with the designers to develop communication materials for store and online for the promotion.
Research:
1. Regularly visit market to analyze the competitor’s offers and branding
2. Conducting market research on new/existing products to better understand the target customers and their requirements.
Digital:
1. Prepare monthly and quarterly plan for social media and other digital platforms.
2.Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display).
3. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
4. Work closely with E-Commerce team to develop content for different e-commerce platforms.
5. Manage social media marketing campaigns.
Others:
1. Organize activations based on the marketing plan and ensure maximum outcome from such activation.
2. Prepare brand activation plan and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for the year.
3. Make analysis/presentation on the performance of the activations.
4. Regularly follow up on any issues (branding/furniture/lighting/placement) in the MT and GT outlets and work with the activation team to fix such issues immediately.
Educational Requirement:
· BBA/MBA in Marketing from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
