Designation: EME Engineer (Pinnacle)
Salary: 50k-80k; Location: Dhaka

- List Major Responsibilities
Electrical Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, distribution boards, and power backup
systems (generators, UPS). - Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and proper load distribution.
Mechanical Systems - Operate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, compressors, and plumbing networks.
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure regular service as per schedule.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical assets.
Electronics & BMS - Oversee the functionality of BMS (Building Management System), access control, CCTV, fire
alarm system, and public address system. - Ensure uninterrupted operation and quick resolution of faults in electronic monitoring and
control systems.
Maintenance & Supervision - Prepare and maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance logs.
- Diagnose system issues and coordinate repair works.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors and service vendors for specialized work.
Health, Safety & Compliance - Ensure adherence to building and electrical/mechanical safety regulations.
- Support fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and system testing.
- Maintain updated documentation of system health, audits, and compliance.
Technical Reporting - Submit daily/weekly/monthly technical performance and incident reports.
- Recommend improvements for system efficiency and service life extension.
- Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/EEE Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-rise commercial or mixed-
use buildings. - Sound understanding of electrical codes, HVAC systems, building automation, and safety
compliance. - Experience with BMS, energy management systems, and large-scale equipment handling
