Experience : 20 years (at least 15 years in construction project operation)
Age Limit:  45 to 55 Years

Job Context:
We are hiring for one of our renown clients, it’s a Joint Venture Company in Purbachal New Town area looking for Experienced, Qualified, Honest & Trustworthy DGM who will be overseeing the project construction activities and operation.
Candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical requirements, managing subcontractors, effectively coordinating with various stakeholders—including RAJUK and other relevant government and statutory authorities—to ensure smooth progress and successful delivery of the project. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to liaise with government bodies are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
 Receive direction from and report to the Managing Director.
 Understand and be familiar with the relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and policies  and be fully responsible for the construction, operation and management of the company.
 Liaise & establishing good public relations and communication with various stakeholders, including the Contracting Authority, Independent Engineer, and other relevant parties, to ensure smooth project execution.
 Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time and within the approved budget.
 Ensure Milestone and KPI successfully achieved in each project stage as per contract
 Address any issues that arise during the construction & Operation process, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
 Managing conflicts & challenges arises among the resources, departments & work processes.
 Implement and maintain quality management, environmental management, and health and safety management systems during the construction period.
Educational & Personal Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Preference will be given to retired government officials or retired armed forces personnel with relevant operational experience.
• Alternatively, candidates with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a reputed public university are also encouraged to apply.
Professional Qualifications (Preferred):
• Experience in managing PPP projects/ Training regarding Public Private Partnership in the similar Role
• Professional Certification in Project Management / Construction management (e.g., PMP/ PMI-CP/ PMO-CP/ PGDPM).
