Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to manage the back-end operations of our Shopify store, ensuring a smooth order processing experience for our customers. You’ll also support the customer care team when needed to help create an exceptional brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily order processing and fulfillment using Shopify and integrated apps
2. Monitor, update, and troubleshoot orders, shipping details, and inventory status
3. Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations via the Shopify back-end
4. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
5. Regularly audit and maintain product listings, prices, inventory, and content on Shopify
6. Update customer records and notes in CRM and order management systems
7. Generate and maintain reports related to order volumes, fulfillment rates, and customer issues
8. Provide feedback and suggest improvements for e-commerce and operational processes
9. Stay up-to-date with Shopify features, plug-ins, and backend tools
10. Support the marketing team with online promotions and website updates as needed
11. Participate in team meetings, brand trainings, and cross-functional coordination
12. Assist in general customer care tasks when required
Requirements:
1. Prior experience with Shopify (backend familiarity is preferred)
2. Experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or customer service
3. Proficiency in English
4. 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply
5. Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Work Days: 6 days a week (One day work from Home)
Off Day: Friday or Saturday
