Join our dynamic team and ensure compliance with local labor laws and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, LRQA, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, LRQA etc..)
✅ Maintain and update factory social, environmental, Fire and safety compliance policies.
✅ Handle buyer audits and certification requirements.
✅ Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management.
✅ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
✅Co-ordinate with HR, Admin department for any employment issues.
✅Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
✅To maintain and monitor all of the issues of Audit & customer requirements.
✅Prepared CAP for existing buyers.
✅Implementation different policies as when required.
✅Other compliance related tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
📌 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Compliance/Auditing certifications preferred).
📌 Experience: 4+ years in compliance roles.
📌 Strong communication skills in English.
📌 Detail-oriented, proactive & confident.
