Chief Plant Operations Officer

We are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of “Chief Plant Operations Officer” position for one of our clients, a renowned FMCG industry. Candidates from Food & Pharmaceuticals industry will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of Plant Operations, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Maintenance, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee technical and financial audits, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement capacity and manpower budgets aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive expansion, feasibility assessments, product quality and functionality improvements, and operational cost optimization.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations across Plant Operations.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with peers and all departments.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Functional Skills:
• Budgeting & Controlling
• Financial Statement Interpretation
• Sales & Operational Planning
• Proficiency in both English and Bengali communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
• Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience:
• At least 15 years of experience, with 7 years in a leadership role in Plant Operations (Production, Operational Cost Management, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Product Development)

Age:
• Maximum 55 years

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 600,000 (Negotiable).
