A well-established Apparel company in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced CFO to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and lead business growth.

Salary: 550k-650k

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Strategy & Treasury Management – Develop financial policies, manage budgets, control cash flow, and ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Business Process Control & Risk Management – Implement strong internal controls, assess financial risks, and oversee audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting & Reporting – Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering efficiency and high performance.
• Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements:
✔ FCA/FCCA/FCMA qualified
✔ Proven experience as a CFO in Bangladesh’s RMG industry
