Career Opportunity: Business Development Manager – Infrastructure / Construction

Experience: 12–15 years
Education: BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, and real estate sectors.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and sector-specific policies.
Explore and pursue potential private sector project opportunities.
Lead the preparation and submission of EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with management on branding, marketing, and promotional strategies to enhance company visibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills
BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
12–15 years of experience in business development within the construction or infrastructure sector.
In-depth knowledge of project bidding, contracts, and FIDIC guidelines (preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 150,000 – 200,000 (negotiable based on experience)
