MHRS is seeking a Business Analyst for a renowned FinTech company, with its mother company based in London, which serves as the “Centre of Excellence” and offers “Hybrid facilities” for employees.
We are looking for a business analyst to join our team, building and maintaining customer facing applications for major finance partners.
Business analyst responsibilities include working with our change implementation teams, refining requirements and specifications, as well as resolving technical problems into solutions to deliver modern secure applications to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with technical workflows, system interfaces, data transformation processes, and structured product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of internal business functions and external clients.
- Implement import and export routes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Develop mapping logic using a Domain Specific Language (DSL).
- Design and execute regression tests (both manual and automated).
- Provide 2nd level technical support for system issues.
- Prepare deployments and verify functionality in production environments.
Requirements and skills:
- Interest in learning JavaScript, XSLT, and BPMN
- Experience with Business Analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Financial experience will be an advantage.
- Technical experience and expertise (desired).
- Familiarity and understanding of documentation standards.
- Understanding of testing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range- 50-70k
- Work Timing- 9am-6pm, Dhaka Time (Hybrid)
