Responsibilities & Context
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets and achievement.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve their sales target.
- Plan and execute regular market visits to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports summarizing sales performance, and team activities for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
