Location: Uttara.Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday.

Job Responsibilities: - Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Actively manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation through closure and retention.
- Leverage strong professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the CEO and COO on growth initiatives and strategic execution.
- Define KPIs, targets, and performance expectations.
- Independently lead and manage the Business Development team.
Oversee the integration of AI tools for lead intelligence, personalised outreach at scale, and sales productivity.
