Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
-Establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant organizations.
-Organize and lead client meetings to assess their needs, understand their requirements, and demonstrate how our products and services can meet their objectives.
-Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities with the company’s strategic goals.
-Manage and resolve any conflicts or challenges, whether internal or external, in a professional and effective manner.
-Investigate and analyze emerging food and beverage brands to evaluate new market trends and opportunities.
-Prepare and present detailed reports on business development progress to both clients and management.
-Willingness to travel outside Dhaka to meet with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders as necessary.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-Education: BBA/MBA from a recognized university.
-Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
-Skills: Strong analytical and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
