We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join a reputed bank’s Agriculture Business team as Field Officers. Candidates with experience in NGO operations, microfinance, loan recovery, and field-level activities are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Locations: Rajshahi Division, Khulna Division, Rangpur.
Salary: 20k-24k+incentive.
Educational Requirements: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
Experience: Previous bank or related job experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Source potential agricultural loan clients and identify prospective borrowers.
• Conduct field visits and assess clients’ eligibility for agricultural loans.
• Monitor loan utilization and ensure proper follow-up with borrowers.
• Follow up on loan repayment schedules and support recovery activities.
• Maintain regular communication with farmers and agricultural loan clients.
• Prepare field reports and maintain accurate loan-related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
