About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Footwear QC Inspector to ensure bulk production meets approved standards and customer quality requirements before shipment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct preliminary checks on 6–10% of offered cartons before inspection
✅ Verify bulk production against approved CFM, materials, colours, barcodes, and product specifications
✅ Ensure anti-yellowing, sole bonding, and flexing tests meet required standards
✅ Inspect shoe dimensions, shape, construction, finishing, logo printing, sole attachment, bonding, rocking, and yellowing
✅ Identify, document, and report all visual, dimensional, and workmanship defects
✅ Prepare inspection reports and approve or reject goods according to customer quality standards
✅ Follow management instructions, decisions, and company quality policies
Requirements
🔹 Proven experience in footwear quality inspection or QC
🔹 Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and testing methods
🔹 Sharp eye for detail with good report-writing skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet inspection deadlines
