Position: Sourcing & Business Development Executive – Pakistani Fashion
Location: Baridhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh

We are looking for a Sourcing & Business Development Executive for our one the Clinet who works in the fashion business in Bangladesh and is seeking an experienced professional who can help them build strong Supplier relationships and manage product sourcing activities from Pakistan.
Job Summary: The Sourcing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for finding reliable Pakistani suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, selecting products, and supporting the import process.
Job Responsibilities:
* Search and identify reliable Pakistani fashion suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
* Build relationships with Pakistani brands and vendors.
* Obtain product details, price lists, catalogues, and availability.
* Compare suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery capability.
* Assist in selecting Pakistani dress collections suitable for Bangladeshi customers.
* Understand fashion trends, fabrics, designs, and seasonal demand.
* Support buying decisions based on market research.
* Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers.
* Follow up on production, shipment, and delivery updates.
* Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.
* Identify new opportunities for expanding product categories.
* Research competitors and market trends.
* Provide recommendations to management for business growth.
* Accompany management for supplier visits, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Must have 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Pakistani/Indian fashion business
* E-commerce/F-commerce/ social media marketing
* Women’s fashion retail
* Online sales growth
* Digital marketing coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience dealing with Pakistani clothing suppliers will be highly preferred.
* Knowledge of Pakistani fashion brands, markets, and manufacturers.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage supplier relationships.
