We are a leading, fast-paced Ready-Made Garments (RMG) fast fashion manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our human resources department at our Cumilla EPZ factory.

Position Overview

• Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Factory HR
• Location: Cumilla EPZ, Bangladesh
• Salary: BDT 180k per month (Gross)
• Gender: Male / Female (Open to all qualified candidates)
• Industry: RMG (Fast Fashion)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory HR operations.
• Align HR strategies with fast fashion production timelines.
• Oversee daily attendance, leaves, and shift management.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and BEPZA regulations.
• Handle buyer audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP) successfully.
• Maintain peaceful labour relations and resolve grievances quickly.
• Lead recruitment for both worker and staff levels.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce worker turnover.
• Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Manage worker welfare benefits, insurance, and safety incentives.

Education & Experience

• MBA in HRM or Master’s in a relevant discipline.
• PGDHRM is highly preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of HR experience in the RMG sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience inside a BEPZA/EPZ factory.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of BEPZA regulations and labour laws.
• Proven track record of facing stringent fast-fashion buyer audits.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
