We are a leading, fast-paced Ready-Made Garments (RMG) fast fashion manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our human resources department at our Cumilla EPZ factory.
Position Overview
- Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Factory HR
- Location: Cumilla EPZ, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end factory HR operations.
- Align HR strategies with fast fashion production timelines.
- Oversee daily attendance, leaves, and shift management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and BEPZA regulations.
- Handle buyer audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP) successfully.
- Maintain peaceful labour relations and resolve grievances quickly.
- Lead recruitment for both worker and staff levels.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce worker turnover.
- Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Manage worker welfare benefits, insurance, and safety incentives.
Education & Experience
- MBA in HRM or Master’s in a relevant discipline.
- PGDHRM is highly preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of HR experience in the RMG sector.
- Minimum 3 years of experience inside a BEPZA/EPZ factory.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of BEPZA regulations and labour laws.
- Proven track record of facing stringent fast-fashion buyer audits.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
