Educational Requirements
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Veterinary Science, or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in a dairy farm or related agricultural sector.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and skills)

Preferred Area
• Candidates from Narsingdi or nearby areas will get preference.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily dairy farm operations and farm workers.
• Ensure proper feeding, care, and health management of cattle.
• Maintain farm hygiene, cleanliness, and biosecurity standards.
• Monitor milk production and maintain daily farm records.
• Coordinate vaccination, treatment, and breeding activities with veterinarians.
• Ensure proper management of feed, medicine, and farm equipment.
• Support overall farm productivity and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of dairy farm management and animal care.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a rural farm environment.
