We are looking for a “Manager/Sr Manager- QA (Lingerie) ” for MNC Based RMG Industry.
Location: Tongi, Gazipur.
Salary: 100k-110k
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering.
Job Description:
- Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to maintain product quality, ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specifications and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and making a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
- Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated to all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
- Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
- Handle client QA inspections, 3rd party audits, and resolve quality issues with buyers.
