Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll professional from the RMG industry with strong hands-on experience in managing factory payroll operations. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws compliance, SAP payroll systems, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle large-scale factory payroll independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end factory payroll processing accurately and within deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets, overtime calculations, attendance adjustments, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company payroll policies.
  • Maintain payroll records, including leave, attendance, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Operate and manage payroll functions throughthe SAP system.
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and factory management for payroll-related matters.
  • Handle festival bonus, yearly increment, and other statutory payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on factory payroll experience in the RMG industry (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Practical experience working withthe SAP payroll system.
  • Sound knowledge of factory payroll processes and the Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Ability to handle a large workforce payroll independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

  • Experience in handling payroll for a large number of factory workers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
