Key Responsibilities
- Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan
- Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities to grow the business and achieve sales targets;
- Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers;
- Analysis of financial status to evaluate the creditworthiness of the client;
- Collect and complete applications with all required documents daily from potential clients;
- Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
- Promote specific products as directed by Line Management;
- Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.
Qualifications & Other Competencies
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division
- 1-3 years’ experience in selling related products in Banks or NBFIs;
- Have to achieve the sales target
- Pleasant and presentable personality
Job Location: Dhaka
Compensation & Benefits:
- Minimum Gross Salary of BDT 18,000 (Higher for experienced candidates up to BDT 24,000)
