Position Overview:
The Head of Sales, role involves building client relationships, leading a sales team, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Industry prefer; Information Technology (IT) Services and Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise clients across industries (e.g., banking, telecom, manufacturing, retail, startups etc).
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Google Cloud and Tencent Cloud in Bangladesh, setting clear targets and motivating the sales team.
- Secure new enterprise clients, build CXO relationships, and oversee revenue growth strategies.
- Analyze trends to refine strategies, create tailored proposals, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Recruit and train a high-performing sales team with a customer-centric focus.
- Drive partner collaboration with Google Cloud, Tencent Coud and other technology partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with Google Cloud and Tencent Cloud regional teams for joint go-to-market initiatives and training
- Provide sales forecasts and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and Google Cloud and Tencent Cloud partnership requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience in IT / Cloud / SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Having selling experience of Cloud services will be an added advantage.
• Experience in dealing with renowned multinational OEMs as partner/reseller/distributor will be given special consideration.
