A leading and renowned private university in Bangladesh is seeking a competent and service-oriented IT Support Executive to join its permanent campus operations. We are hiring an IT Support Executive for a reputed University.
Salary: 25k-30k
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support/helpdesk/campus IT environment
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, CSE, or a related discipline
📍 Location: Dhaka.
Private University / Education Sector preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day in-house IT support to academic and administrative departments
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, internet, and network-related issues
Support and maintain printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Ensure smooth operation of IT Labs, including hardware and basic software support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely issue resolution
Maintain basic IT documentation and inventory records
Requirements:
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support/helpdesk/campus IT environment
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, CSE, or a related discipline
Strong practical knowledge of networking (LAN), hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
Ability to provide prompt support in a multi-user, academic environment
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
