Position: Head of Human Resources
Location: Dhaka

A leading international commercial bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead Human Resources, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Governance functions for its Bangladesh operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all HR operations, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Drive employee productivity, engagement, and talent retention in line with corporate goals.
• Oversee staff training and development to enhance capability and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, labour laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Represent the Bank with regulators, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen the Bank’s brand image, ethical standards, and risk management framework.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Strong academic and professional qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Senior HR leadership experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ethical standards with the ability to work across cultures.
